8:00 in the evening, it’s my time to go home. After a tiring day in work, I still want to hit the overpass, meaning from Rufino Pacific Tower we will walk up to Greenbelt, pass through The Landmark and Glorietta then off to SM Makati. It’s a bit long way for me to just walk but I’m with my friends, it’s also a perfect moment for us to chat what just happened on the office, and sometimes it’s our time to observe people who are also walking just like us, how can I feel my feet hurt if I’m having fun.
So here’s the story, we walk on the overpass up to Greenbelt just like what we normally do, but when we are about to get through The Landmark, we noticed that it is closed, so we get off the overpass and walk on the sidewalk, while we’re on the sidewalk we’re just wondering why it was closed so early, it’s just last month we also use overpass but we can still get through The Landmark cause it’s still open and it’s just the same time as always. We’re just following people on the sidewalk, and it drove us to part of Glorietta that I haven’t seen before, the ruined part of the mall caused by bombings. We’ve seen Glorietta meaning we’re just arrived on Glorietta, and guess what.. it’s also closed. By that moment I began thinking to myself if it’s really too late cause malls are closing. We just continue walking until we’re near SM Makati , it’s also closing but I’m not surprised cause after those previous malls that are already closed I just expected to see SM Makati closed. I checked my phone for messages and time, 2 messages received but I will just read it when I got home, phone time says its 9:00 PM. We arrived at the bus station, and we’re just about to try our luck with buses with FTI on their sign boards. Buses going to FTI are the rarest bus that you could ever find in the station. That’s why we’re surprised to see a bus with few passengers going to FTI, we didn’t waste our time and we just ran all the way to ride the bus. When we reach the first bus on the lane, we found out that it’s also going to FTI so we just get in the bus. The first thing I did when we got inside the bus, is laid back and keep on asking myself why everything is so odd. The bus is running so fast, everyone in the bus got a tight grip on their chairs. The way the driver drives made me think that not everything is odd, fast driving vehicles are not unusual to me.
